"I waited for close to a week before writing this review cos I want to test out if the customisation really works. Happy to say it does!! And now I know why conventional pillows don’t work for me due to the incline of my head to shoulders. I also bought the bolster. Yes, it’s also pricey but again it’s customised according to my height and desired firmness. So yes, love it too! And the super nice owner who helped me take the measurements and taught me how to adjust my pillow and bolster, his service and knowledge were excellent. Both pillow and bolster have a 10 year guarantee. So considering I change a pillow every few years, worth the price."

"My second visit to mpillow! I have been facing shoulder aches very often and really hard to get to sleep. Initially made appointment for me and my partner during my first visit in oct 2024 but at the 400-600 range, i was skeptical.. what if it doesn’t work like the rest of the other pillows I have bought?! So we decided to get only one to try and it was life-changing! I no longer complain about aching and going for massages often so my partner is back on second visit to make himself one! Definitely a great investment in the long run and staffs are friendly and explain the process well!"

"I've been using the M Pillow (Basic) for a few nights now, and I'm genuinely impressed. Its unique "M" shape cradles my head perfectly when I lie on my back, offering snug support that's both comfortable and stable.
